To please your eyes

I recently went on a family reunion vacation trip to the hill country of Sri Lanka. As my father and I love to travel, we have been to these places millions of times. But this time I saw Sri Lanka like I have never seen before. Maybe or probably because I have been away for sometime. But I saw the most beautiful scenearies to fill my eyes, and the best Ceylon tea to satisfy my taste buds. The rich culture and religion of Nuwara Eliya was very soothing to see. I wish I had taken more pictures of the British influenced architecture but maybe its best I didn't. So that I have an excuse to make another trip to that beautiful paradise.

Suit pants and long hours

Yes I know I know. My posts are scarce as a hen's teeth but don't worry I will try to write as much as I possibly can. Who decides "Ugly"?

So  my friends have very different ideas and views on many different things of life. I think its mainly because we are all from different countries and by coming here to the US we have different ways of thinking that are influenced by both the Western culture and our own. This past weekend we were having a very interesting and loud discussion/argument at a very public place (for those of you who know us, this is normal :D) This was the topic Who decides if someone is ugly? Is there a standard for being ugly- Now because I was a part of this conversation and had very strong opinions about the side that I was supporting, this blog is going to be a little biased. No, I dont know!

The question of the semester- "oh.. you're graduating in May? so whats the plan after that?" OH MY GOD! JUST STOP! I DON'T KNOW! I mean I would like to know obviously, but I don't. And I'm telling my self that its ok. Its ok to not know what you are going to do, you still have five more months... right?
